This draft provides the foundational legal framework for Life Flow Enterprises, LLC. As a "Life Flow Legal, Business, and Clinical Consultant," I have structured these to maintain the "Iron Curtain" between your clinical work and your coaching/consulting operations.

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Life Flow Enterprises, LLC ("Company," "we," "us") and you ("Client," "User") regarding the use of our coaching and consulting services and website. Our mission is to help people heal from the inside to experience abundant Life Flow for their unique vision of harmony, fulfillment, and contribution.

2. Non-Clinical Disclosure

  • Coaching vs. Therapy: Life Flow Enterprises, LLC provides coaching and consulting services. These services are not clinical mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or medical advice.

  • Separate Entities: Clinical services are provided exclusively through a separate legal entity, Life Flow Recovery, LLC. No clinical relationship is formed by engaging with Life Flow Enterprises, LLC.

  • Emergency Disclaimer: We do not provide crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.

3. SMS and Communication

  • Usage: We use SMS messaging primarily to remind clients of appointment times and upcoming meetings.

  • Consent: By providing your phone number, you opt-in to receive SMS notifications. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP."

4. Intellectual Property The Life Flow Method and all associated materials, logos, and frameworks are the protected intellectual property of Life Flow Enterprises, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. The advice and strategies provided may not be suitable for every situation.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lucas County, Ohio.
